Tanya is an intuitive manual therapist who provides an individualized approach to care. She
thrives on blending modern science with eastern philosophies & practices. After her education
at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2002, Tanya went on to study Reiki, Bio-Energy
Healing & Therapeutic Touch before traveling to Thailand to study Traditional Thai Massage.
She also completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training & 95 hr Yoga for Youth Teacher training
before completing more Thai Yoga Massage courses with Lotus Palm here in Canada. Tanya
was a national-level freestyle skier who went on to become a High Performance competitive ski
coach for 15 years.

Carley grew up in the Lower Mainland and relocated to the Okanagan in the spring of 2020. She developed a passion for anatomy and fitness at a young age. She enjoys being active through yoga, hiking, and training in the gym.
She graduated from Okanagan College of Massage Therapy with honours in July 2023, where she had the privilege to speak on behalf of her class as Valedictorian.

Leslie, a Kamloops native, grew up playing competitive soccer, but now, most of her days are spent chasing after her young kids and 2 Australian Shepherds. As often as they can, Leslie and her family love to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Okanagan.
